We are pleased to be a part of capturing what one hopes is the first of many of New Jersey’s charter school oral histories as this year New Jersey celebrates its 25th anniversary of charter schools. Joining us are two of the state’s earliest charter school founders: Norman Atkins, Co-Founder of North Star Academy of Newark, and Gloria Bonilla-Santiago, Chairperson and Founder of LEAP Academy University Charter School in Camden.
